  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning, homemade or st

Method

Pour oil to a depth of 4 inches into a deep fryer or deep, heavy pot and heat to 350°F.

When the oil is ready, add half of the crackers and fry, carefully stirring with a metal spoon to ensure even cooking, for 1–2 minutes. They will turn golden. If using a deep fryer, drain the crackers well i
