Method

In a bowl, whisk together the miso, hot sauce, mustard, garlic, and lime zest and juice until well mixed. (Miso is thick and needs to be smoothed out before the mayonnaise is added.) Add the mayonnaise and whisk until well incorporated. Refrigerate immediately.
