This is my take on the classic chai, with a heavy Gujarati influence. This Masala Chai has a generous kick of black peppercorns and dried ginger, balanced with aromatic spices like green cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla. The flavours of the chai masala are a nod to the warmly spiced bakes that couple so well with tea, too. Goes with: everything.
