My go-to smooth and creamy, street-style green chutney for drizzling over chaats, spreading in sandwiches and dipping bhajiya (pakora). This recipe is super aromatic and medium hot in flavour since you can add as few or as many chillies as you like. If you prefer a milder chutney, feel free to stir in some plain yogurt. Using ice-cold water will gift you the most vibrant green chutney.
