Soft and spongy cheese dumplings soaked in sweet white chocolate, cardamom and saffron milk. Traditional Bengali rasmalai is served with a more classic style of spiced milk, however this version readily satisfies my inner eight-year-old’s penchant for a Milkybar. Rasmalai is typically served chilled – just as chilled as you’ll feel after you’ve eaten two or three.
