This recipe title is to be said in the most harrowing Bollywood villain voice possible… Presenting the biggest, baddest brownies you’ll ever eat. ‘Badtameez’ is a Hindi word used to refer to someone who is utterly wicked. Think Amjad Khan’s character, Gabbar (complete with his terrifying mafia moustache), from the 1975 movie, Sholay.
