A hot and sour masala for sprinkling on chips (potato fries). This simple mix-and-sprinkle masala requires no blender. A zap of sherbet freshness comes courtesy of baobab powder, a seed from the fruit of East Africa’s indigenous baobab tree. The fruit is a hard shell covered in velvety green fuzz.
