Method

Gently cook 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) good-quality curry powder with 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) safflower oil for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Combine the curry mixture with 1 cup (250 milliliters) mayonnaise. Stir in ¼ cup (60 milliliters) yogurt.
