Prepare the matafans and keep them warm. Sauté the boleti and zucchini together in the butter; add the parsley and basil. Correct the seasoning with salt and pepper. Top the matafans with some of the mixture, roll, and enjoy.
This mixture can also be creamed: Add the vegetable mixture to 1 cup of cream reduced by almost half and well seasoned.
