  • 2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ½ teaspoon

Method

Make a well in the flour, add all but 3 tablespoons of the eggs and slowly draw the flour into the liquid. Add the salt. Knead into a smooth dough 10 minutes, flouring your hands lightly if the dough is too wet or, on the contrary, rubbing them with the reserved egg if the dough is too dry.

Divide the semi-finished dough into 6 equal pieces; let it stand under a bowl turned upside down
