This is the king of them all! It is strikingly attractive, cooked in its tall tube pan, the rabolire, which if you are in Haute Savoie can be purchased in all quincailleries, or hardware stores, and household equipment stores in Cluses, Sallanches, and Saint Gervais. But a great farcement can be made in any American tube pan, tightly covered with heavy foil.
