Neil’s Pork Grillade

Le Petiou is the name given within the family in Savoie to small and young boys. So Neil Kamman was, of course, my petiou, and each day this lucky mother had to cook his lunch because he refused to eat in the school cafeteria. This is one of those lunches, dedicated to Richard Weiss, who apparently would not have minded taking part in this teenage feast. Have the butcher slice the pork for you with his automatic sheer.
