“Bermuda Triangle” Cakes

La Gâterie is, in my opinion, the best pastry shop in Annecy. Monsieur Nivon in his rue Sainte Claire shop uses only the best chocolate and makes chocolate candies only during the winter season. This is my interpretation of a dessert cake he sells under the name Bermuda Triangle. I have made the cakes smaller as it is always easy to have several pieces if one wishes.
