This is a form of amaretto. Keep adding the pits all through the summer as you consume the peaches and apricots. To know how many pits you have added, attach a small piece of cardboard around the neck of the jar and punch a hole in it with a pin each time you add a pit. Make certain you use no more than one third apricot pits. This liqueur is a first-rate flavoring for fresh fruit salad.
