Ingredients

  • Rabbit liver, bread-crumbs, fat bacon, minced parsley, pepper and salt, lemon thyme, grated nutmeg (optional), egg

Method

Mince the liver, chop the bacon, and beat the egg. Mix the dry ingredients and bind with the egg. Form into small balls.
