Method

To half a pound of mashed potatoes (preferably warm from the pot) add a good pinch of salt and half an ounce of melted butter. Work in as much flour as the potatoes will take up (about two ounces). Roll out very thin on a floured board, cut into rounds, prick well with a fork, place on a hot gird
