Ingredients

  • Oatmeal, pepper, salt, fat, chives (optional)

Method

Put some oatmeal into a bowl, season it with pepper and salt and a few chopped chives (if liked). Mix with fat from the top of the beef broth. Form into balls and pop into the boiling broth. Cook for twenty minutes. Serve with the meat.
