Halibut is a very gently flavoured fish so it works really well with this creamy but zingy lemon sauce. With some crushed baby potatoes and a big pile of sweet roasted veg, this is a delicious, super quick and easy dinner.

Ingredients

  • a splash of vegetable or rapeseed oil
  • 4 skinned halibut fillets (approx. 150

Method

Put a frying pan on a high heat and add a splash of oil. Run your fingers along the halibut fillets to check for bones.
