MMMhhhh guacamole!! We could both eat avocados every day. It goes without saying you must make sure your avos are SUPER ripe before using - it makes all the difference.
Scoop out all your avocado into a bowl and mash with your fork until it is almost smooth - we like to leave it a bit chunky. Add all your other ingredients to the bowl and stir until everything is mixed in, then season to taste.
