This is such a lovely light and tangy salsa, and it gives a super fresh taste to any pan-fried fish.

Ingredients

  • 6 super ripe tomatoes (or 30 cherry tomatoes), chopped
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped

Method

Mix everything together and season to taste.
