This is a really popular side dish at the shack. The crème frâiche makes it nice and light, perfect to go with burgers or smoked fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

Method

Add all your ingredients together, give it a good mix and then season to taste.
