A side that goes with pretty much any white fish and takes minutes to make.
Heat your butter on a medium heat, then add your grated nutmeg and fry off for a minute. Chuck in the fresh spinach and turn every 10 seconds or so - it will only take a minute to wilt. Season and serve straight away.
