This is a really easy way to transform your everyday baby potatoes into a lovely side dish. They are very popular at the Shack!
Cook and steam dry your baby potatoes, then put them back into the empty pan. Over a medium heat, add your butter, herbs and lemon juice and season well. Keep mixing your potatoes as the butter melts, slightly crushing them as you go along to let all that yummy butter and herby deliciousness into them. Serve hot.
