These butters are really quick and easy and are a handy thing to have around to jazz up your seafood - in the Shack we use them instead of plain butter in most of our recipes. You can store them in the fridge for weeks or pop them in the freezer to take out when needed. All our recipes are made with 250 g (one block) of salted butter.
