Welsh mussels + chips

As well as being absolutely delicious, mussels have the added bonus of being very sustainable, as growing them requires almost no input as they don’t require feeding or fertiliser to grow, unlike salmon for example. The clean seas around the isle of Anglesey not only mean that we produce amazing sea salt here, but we can also grow incredible mussels and oysters. This recipe celebrates the humble mussel, with the addition of Welsh leeks and the very best oven chips you can make at home.
