Let’s face it, lasagne does take a little time and care to prepare, but this one, we promise, is worth it. Much of the seasoning comes from the already salty ingredients – the Parmesan and capers. It’s a celebration of grown-up flavours with a real depth from the sherry and all the green vegetables.
Melt 50g/1¾oz of the butter in a large sauté pan over a high heat.
