  • 75ml Walnut oil
  • 75ml Groundnut oil
  • 50ml Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar
  • 85g Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • 100g Shallots, chopped
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper


Whisk together the walnut and groundnut oils. Add the Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and the shallots. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
