There is a woodland near where I live that starts to explode with the smell of wild garlic every March, and I love to pick handfuls and add it to everything I can. These little cheesy parcels are the perfect vehicle, and they make delicious lunchbox or picnic fodder. Check every leaf when picking wild garlic and discard anything without the distinctive garlicky smell, then thoroughly wash and dry it to get off any nasties.
