New potatoes and wild garlic really signal the beginning of spring to me. This is wonderful finger food – the potatoes are the perfect vehicle to load up with lemony whipped feta. I could demolish a plate of these sitting around the table with a bottle of wine, but they would also make a delicious side dish to roast chicken or lamb.
