Fried Mozzarella-stuffed Olives

Sometimes in the depths of winter, what you need most is a snack that brings back the feeling of sitting on a sunny terrace drinking a negroni and nibbling on something tasty. This is that snack! Ok, so getting the mozzarella into the olives is a bit of a fiddle but you can use the end of a skewer to help poke it in, and it is absolutely worth it for the crunchy, cheesy, salty mouthful you get with each olive. They are very moreish.
