Ingredients

  • 3 white pitta breads, cut into roughly 3cm triangles
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.

Spread the pitta triangles out on a wide baking tray. Drizzle with the oil, then scatter over the za’atar with a generous pinch of flaky sea salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Toss everything together, then spread out the pittas in a sin
