  • 250 g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 250 g full fat Greek yoghurt

Method

Put the flour, yoghurt, baking powder, salt and olive oil in a mixing bowl and combine with a wooden spoon. Give it a quick knead in the bowl so the dough comes together, then tip it out onto a work surface dusted with flour and knead for another 2 to 3 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into six even pieces, each weighing about 85g.
