Mark Jensen: I prepared these delicious pork skewers for my daughter Mia’s first birthday party. We had a wonderful picnic by the beach. My mother-in-law took her first bite of one and immediately enquired, ‘Who made this?’ A sudden nervous silence filled the air as everyone eyed each other, not knowing what to say. After a long lull I spoke up, ‘Why do you ask?’ ‘Oh, because it tastes so good!’
