  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

This quantity of mayonnaise is best made in a bowl using a whisk. Make sure the bowl is secure on the bench. (A good tip is to roll a damp cloth into a circle on the bench and then place the bowl in the middle.)
