Crab and Tomato Soup with Vermicelli Noodles

Luke Nguyen: This soup is a delicacy for me — my family, like many Vietnamese families, only cooks this broth on special occasions. Its rarity is evident throughout the streets of Saigon. My brother Lewis and I once walked for hours in search of a bun rieu vendor. After walking around in circles, getting lost and almost getting hit by four different scooters, we finally found her. The steaming broth smell
