Tuna and Mayonnaise Sandwiches

Tuna and mayonnaise is the sixth most popular sandwich filling in the UK, up thirteen places in recent years, according to a survey by the British Sandwich Association. It’s a Jewish deli favourite too, and some people regard it as a blank slate on to which they can add all manner of ingredients, including walnuts, celery, jalapeños, raw onion, lettuce and hummus (?!). I agree with adding a little pickle, but keep it simple, folks. Don’t mess with perfection.
