This is a perfumed and pretty butter for delicate finger sandwiches. Line the bottom of a jar with a thick layer of fresh rose petals. Wrap 100g good-quality unsalted butter with waxed paper, and place it in the jar. Cover with more rose petals. Cover the jar and leave it to sit in a cool place overnight.
