These are wonderful dipped into tea, hot chocolate or a liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 150 g plain flour
  • tsp baking powder
  • 100 g

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas 4). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Mix together all the ingredients, except the almond chocolate, in a bowl to make a dough, then shape the dough into a flattish loaf. Transfer the loaf to the prepared baking sheet.
