Blondies have more fun! This recipe makes lovely squidgy blondies with the wonderful flavour of fresh ginger, which undercuts the very sweet white chocolate.

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas 4). Grease the cake tin and dust with flour, tapping out any excess.
