Passion fruits are one of my favourites; I love sour foods. Passion fruits are ready to be eaten when their skins are slightly wrinkly. A smooth passion fruit is under-ripe. Choose heavy fruit, as these will contain the most pulp.
This is a fluffy, luxurious frozen dessert that’s easy to make and designed to be eaten as soon as it is removed from the freezer, it takes very little time to prepare, then just bung it in the freezer for 4 hours. Job done.
