The sour cherry ice cream in this recipe is from Swedish supper club host and chef, the beautiful Linn Soderstrom. She’s a professional chef but also runs a monthly supper club at her house in Stockholm. ‘My parents have three cherry trees and their freezer is full of the sour and sweet berries. This is my father’s favourite dessert and I make it every time I visit my parents’ house.’
