For a winter tea party I wanted to make something that suggested snow ploughing between pine trees, deep evergreen forests and beautiful hoar frosts. As a child I loved the food we had when we went skilling: gluwein, frankfurters, sauerkraut and mash with yellow Austrian mustard, raclette, cheese fondue and hot, frothy chocolate drinks.
