These small orange sweet and sour fruit, housed in delicate husks like Chinese lanterns, are fantastic for decorating cakes and puddings. You can dip other fruit, such as strawberries, but I love the way that the sour physalis knock back the very sweet white chocolate. Use these as a decoration for any desserts or cakes.
