This recipe is both fun and easy. Making the lollies from salted caramel transforms them into an adult delight.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml light corn syrup (see stockists)
  • 2 tbsp water

Method

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Put the corn syrup, water, vinegar, sugar and salt into a pan over a medium heat and heat, shifting the pan until the sugar melts, then add the butter.
