I’ve emphasised the slight ‘hospital food’ vibe of this dessert by adding sweet seedless white grapes to the top. These are authentic ‘sultana grapes from Turkey, and when you dry them, they do become, yes, sultanas! I found these white grapes at one of my favourite food shops, Where2Save, close to where I live. Corner shops, especially in cities with large immigrant populations, can have the freshest, cheapest and most interesting food. Obviously any seedless white grapes will do though.</
