This is a recipe for broccoli that can be done in 10 minutes. It’s called tamagoyaki in Japan and, to be authentic, should be cooked in a rectangular frying pan.
The omelette is very thin because the egg is diluted with a little water. It also requires some serious chopstick nimbleness. I’m not gonna lie, it’s harder than it looks. Do your best, it’ll taste great anyway.
