Make your mind up to buy a glass teapot at last (see stockists), that wav you can see the bubbles!
Place a small tangerine, clementine, mandarin or satsuma segment into each compartment of an ice-cube tray and top up with champagne, cava or prosecco. Freeze until firm.
Pour the orange juice and the remaining champagne into a glass teapot, or at least a very-clean-on-the-inside ceramic/china one. Add the ice cubes and serve.
