Here’s another recipe adapted from my mother’s repertoire of Middle Eastern dishes. Fried cauliflower with lemon juice brings back so many memories; it’s one of those side dishes that appeared frequently on our dinner table. In recent years, my mother switched to oven-roasting cauliflower for a healthier and less greasy alternative. I’m adapting her recipe with a couple of sauces that I think give the cauliflower a little more oomph and texture.
