Though steamed or stir-fried bok choy tends to dominate, I enjoy grilling it as well. This recipe is certainly adaptable, and you can opt to pan-fry or steam the bok choy instead if you prefer. The sauce is a soy-based, Chinese-inspired combination of salty, sweet, spicy, and sour flavors. This recipe can also be prepared with other hearty greens like Joi Choi, sprouting broccoli, or rapini.
