Here is another win for fermented elements to add to your meal. Although I’m not a huge fan of chilli heat, I know lots of people who are! If you need heat, make it flavourful and spectacular with this Sriracha, so superior to bought varieties and worthy show-off material. Fermentation’s involved, so you will need to make this at least 4 days ahead of when you plan to use it.
